We use a mix of exercises – think lifting, running, and bodyweight movements – that are 'functional,' meaning they mimic things you do naturally. At Pure Grit CrossFit, we believe in the power of challenging ourselves. We know that doing hard things builds resilience and strength, both physically and mentally. And, you won't be doing it alone! Training in a supportive group environment pushes you further than you might go on your own, creating a powerful sense of camaraderie and shared achievement.
